Since I've been in #music mode lately here's my setup.

I've had the action lowered and hardware changed on my #Takamine. The pickup has nice soft rubber on the sides and fits snugly in the guitar hole.

The 8-track mixer is a relic from the '90s when USB was new and LCD screens were expensive.

It has all the #Boss effects so I can shred electric or strum along folksy. Also multiple drum kits and metronome yada yada. Hard to use but worth it.

First my #boss at my day #job I've been at for three years this Feb tells me they're cutting my #pay (not hours, just pay) in half. Then, besides the obvious wrong here, I realize this also brings my pay below the minimum wage. I try to talk to her about this. So she fires me.

Was gifted some new #guitar gear! An #MXR 305 Tremolo pedal, a #Saturnworks dual footswitch (for the #Boss RC-5), and the BAS-1 amp stand.

The MXR tremolo is super fun. I haven't quite worked out the envelope filter mode (I don't have a compressor, but I don't hear the speed changing) but will keep at it. The Saturnworks needs a TRS patch cable, which I don't have yet, so haven't been able to try that out yet. The RC-5 is great, but I feel like I need to take a class on it!
