This one is curve-billed thrasher. I am rather happy with how this picture turned out.

This illustration is inspired by a #documentation on the benefits of returning #wolves to #Scotland, they could hold the deer (and sheep!?) population in check so natural forests could regrow! Just imagine the #highlands a huge forest!

Helix pomatia #snail. Finally was able to draw it proper way.

As a child I had one as a pet for short time. I liked snails very much because of some mysterious reason... child's obsession, like with dinosaurs or superhero cartoons?
I even used nickname Snail when was in elementary school.

I love watching other artist's #process videos and I finally managed to do something similar for „Wolf Witch“, that I posted last week!

It's just a video (made in #Blender because I know how ) of the different versions I saved while working on it.

The Wolf Witch's ice crystal familiar brings the snow

Hello Fediverse! ^__^ Here's my first finished work in 2025. Struggled a lot with colours in the process but (as always ^__^) I'm happy with how it turned out in the end.

I'm testing non-realistic, more painterly shading in #Blender (= #cellshading, thanks Kevendram for the tutorials), decided to do homage on #lofigirl.

I'm not really happy with it, especially the lighting / shadow are a mess.

What do you think? Should I continue or try a more normal approach to shading / lighting?

WIP of a cellshaded 3d-scene homage of the famous lo-fo girl illustration: a person is studying in a cosy room at night.

This one didn't even have reference photos. One day (night?) before falling asleep I tried to imagine some #sky, dead tree trunk and sitting birds - and how photo/scene could look like. Later I try to create something combining all visions.
