#TrumpMedia & Technology Group, the parent company of Truth Social, Truth+, & the #fintech platform Truth.Fi, said Mon its board approved a stock buyback of up to $400M.
#Trump Media #stock rose about 3% on the news premarket.

The Florida-based company, which trades under the ticker #DJT on both Nasdaq & NYSE Texas, said the buyback could include both common stock & warrants, executed through open market transactions. All repurchased shares would be retired.

Earlier in Feb TMTG announced they were expanding into financial services, now they are exploring setting up "a strategic acquisition fund with select investors" and possible subsidiaries in a variety of industries.

Lofty ambitions for a company with dismal results so far.

I'll be keeping an eye on who the 'select investors' are...

#DJT signs order to dismantle civilian led #PresidioTrust in #SanFrancisco, a special district created by #NancyPelosi in the 1990s to manage the #NationalPark.
