A much more positive story: "Additionally, they charge a flat rate rather than taking 10% of my action, as Substack did. Here’s some napkin math for how expensive Substack is compared to its competitors, assuming that roughly 7% of all subscribers will pay for their subscriptions, and that subscriptions cost $5/month.

@malte around 50 only so far - I wish Ghost had a scale system instead of this. They don't need to go with the Substack model obviously but they can at least be like if you make less than we will charge you less, and then they can have an upper limit for how much they charge
