@CRAC You can use the integrated contend warning (CW) button, so that the video doesn't start auto-playing in some people's faces.
Since I see you're using the web-interface to toot, you would have a triangle with an exclamation mark inside and adding CW is what it does.
If you want the text of the toot to require people to click to expand to visibility too, informed consent, you fill out the CW-description in the field that opens up when you click that button.
If you just want the video to be blurred and not play until clicked, while writing your own CW in the toot's text as you did now, then just leave the CW-description empty
