CUT TIES WITH GENOCIDE! ACTION SEES MEDIA SUCCESS
In our thousands, in our millions: We are all Palestinians!
In tactical formations dressed in paint coveralls and with pre-packed lunches in their backpacks, upwards 1,000 people of conscience took to the streets this morning to target MÆRSK, the Danish mega-corporation and shipping company aiding ‘israel’s genocide in Palestine.

Based on recent reports by the Palestinian Youth Movement, that have been corroborated by independent research conducted by Danish investigative media Dan Watch, brave people from all across Europe took it upon themselves to confront MÆRSK with their thousands of shipments of weapon parts and military equipment to the apartheid regime.

Despite heavy police surveillance, attempted police blockades, and excessive use of batons, the people managed to break through the police line and occupy MÆRSK’s headquarters in Copenhagen, capital of Denmark.
For more than four hours, nothing could break the people’s blockade of MÆRSK! The people of conscience stuck together in solidarity and spoke eloquently to a carefully selected group of journalists from media such as internationally respected Reuters and Danish Information.

As a new turn of events, Danish state-funded media DR and tv2nyhederne showed up and reported in detail on the reason for the protest, the campaign against MÆRSK, and MÆRSK’s role in supplying ‘israel’s occupation force with artillery for its war crimes.

For once, the Danish public has been made aware - through BREAKING NEWS across all media outlets - that Denmark’s “pristine” container shipping “pearl”, MÆRSK, is an immoral, unethical, and in every circumstance money-hungry machine that values profit over people and planet.

Today was a huge success because of the incredible international community that joined the Cut Ties With Genocide mass protest camp this weekend. Today was made possible because of you, and because of an entirely outstanding level of organisation and logistics. We are stronger and more motivated than ever to stand up to complicit corporations and governments!

Around 20 comrades are still not released. They are kept at Vestre Fængsel and Bellahøj
Come by at any time during the night, morning and day to show support.
A few comrades are driving back and forth all night and day, in case someone are released while everyone else sleeps

Update on call to go Ungdomshuset.
The police presence has calmed down now, and many people of conscience present at the camp. No rush to go there at the moment. The camp programme will continue as planned. If the situation regarding police changes, we will send an update again.

YOUR HELP is needed!
We are looking for people taking 3-hour shifts tonight and tomorrow morning. The tasks are to stand in front of prisons and or be drivers in the following time slots:
• 01.00-04.00
• 04.00-07.00
• 07.00-10.00
We are also looking for 1 or 2 coordinators to possibly take longer shifts at 01–08 in and/or 02–09.
