stateful being<p>Another drawback is that it currently can't show <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/LV2" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>LV2</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/plugin" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>plugin</span></a> <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/GUI" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>GUI</span></a>, and some advanced features of plugins (such as <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/modulation" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>modulation</span></a> matrix, or even save/load patch) are only available through the GUI.</p><p>I tried to look at what <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Carla" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Carla</span></a> does but apparently I'm still <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/Cpp" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Cpp</span></a>-blind. There must be a lightweight way to spawn OS windows and pass surfaces to the plugins to render. And mouse/keyboard events, and it gets heavy...</p>
